Why I Became a Realtor in Fayetteville NC
I grew up in Germany with a Colombian mom, and life has always been full of movement and culture. After meeting my husband and moving to the U.S., I became a proud Army wife and mom of three. Like many military spouses, I wanted a career that could grow with this lifestyle and still give me time with my family.
After moving so often with the Army, I saw how overwhelming the home buying process can feel. I became a realtor to help other military families feel confident and informed. I understand the pressure of PCS timelines, BAH budgets, school zones, and the uncertainty that comes with each move.
As we prepared for our own future, we started investing in real estate and using the VA loan strategically. Now I help others do the same. I want military families to use their VA benefits to build long-term wealth, and I’m here to make that process clear, achievable, and empowering.

Outside of real estate, I wear a lot of hats. I’m a homeschooling mom of three, including one amazing autistic kiddo, and I’m passionate about advocating for families like ours. I love interior design and staging homes. Creating beautiful and functional spaces feels like second nature to me.
I start my mornings with tea and a good German breakfast whenever I can. I enjoy reading when I find a quiet moment and taking full advantage of everything this military town has to offer for families, like splash pads and pools on post.
My husband and I flip houses and invest in real estate. We’re building long-term wealth through rentals so we can enjoy a meaningful retirement later. Hawaii was our first duty station when I moved from Germany, and it still has my heart. For vacations, I love glamping and finding peaceful outdoor escapes that still come with cozy beds and good food.
