Next Season Homes started with one military spouse, Bianca Hill, REALTOR®, who knows what it feels like to get orders and have only weeks to figure out housing in a place you have never seen. She built this team so military families would have someone in their corner who understands that pressure, not just the paperwork.
Today our team includes military spouses, military families, and experienced local agents at the military duty stations we serve. We are VA loan REALTORS® who have used the benefit ourselves and moved our own families on short timelines. If you want to understand your benefit first, our VA loan guide is a good place to start.
At the duty stations we serve, you work with one Next Season Homes team from your first call to closing day, with a local agent who knows the area and a team lead who has been through it herself. Just people who get it, in the place you are headed.

Bianca is a military spouse, VA loan investor, and the founder of Next Season Homes. Raised in Germany and navigating military life for over ten years, she knows the PCS cycle from the inside: the waiting, the last-minute changes, and the pressure of buying a home you may only see on video.
She serves Fort Carson families directly, holds real estate licenses in North Carolina and Colorado, and leads the team across all three duty stations. Every Next Season Homes client has her in their corner.

Yes. Next Season Homes was founded and is led by Bianca Hill, REALTOR®, a military spouse and VA loan investor. Several of our agents are military spouses or military families too. The team is brokered by LPT Realty LLC.
Which military duty stations does Next Season Homes serve?
We serve military families at Fort Bragg, North Carolina (Fayetteville, Hope Mills, Spring Lake, Raeford, Bunnlevel, and Harnett County), Fort Carson, Colorado (Colorado Springs, Fountain, Pueblo West, and Monument), and Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama (Huntsville, Madison, Harvest, Athens, and Meridianville).
Are your agents experienced VA loan REALTORS®?
Yes. VA loans are a core part of what we do, and members of our team have used the benefit to buy their own homes. We help you understand your entitlement, write strong offers with a VA loan, and stay on track through the VA appraisal. Our VA loan guide covers the basics.
Can you help us buy a home before we arrive at our new duty station?
Yes. Many of our clients buy from another state or from overseas. We handle live video walkthroughs, neighborhood drive-throughs, and digital signing, and our local agents attend inspections and appointments in person so you are covered until you arrive.
Will I work with the same agent from start to finish?
You will have a primary local agent at your duty station who guides you from your first call through closing, with Bianca leading the team behind them. If your agent is sick or away, another Next Season Homes agent who knows your file can step in for a showing or appointment, so your timeline keeps moving. If you are moving somewhere we do not serve, we can connect you with a trusted agent who understands military relocation.
Should we sell or rent out our home before we PCS?
It depends on your equity, your timeline, and whether you might return. We walk through both options with you honestly, and if selling makes sense, we build the plan around your report date. Our selling during a PCS page has more detail.
